. Title: Project Manager Location: St. Louis, MO Duration: 6 Months Job Description:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develops, owns, and communicates holistic project timelines to internal & external teams on a regular basis. This includes:
- Act as cross-functional hub for all project executions, partnering closely with internal & external partners to ensure overall project success
- Proficient in managing high volume, quick turn projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Understand multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential and content (this is a big one)
- Manages production phase of most projects, once key creative and copy has been approved
- Ability to consider the full scope of projects, beyond simply managing timelines but considering how the pieces work together.
- Ability to think strategically about communications and the implications of choices being made, so as to participate and add to a conversation regarding the consumer journey/experience
- Takes ownership of project efficiency; Understands project processes and how to flex it.
- Understands multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential & content. Including format, sizes, and overall ensuring the proper asset.
- Knowledge of and proficiency with Content Hub and/or VR Financial:
- Issue POs to external vendors Agency/Client Service:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an agency project management role
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with Project Management and Agile tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, & time management skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Exhibits a helpful, pro-active attitude.
