Title: Recruiter

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description: As a Contract Recruiter within the Contingent Workforce Management Team, you will be responsible for supporting various business units within client, partnering with hiring teams to fully understand their needs, performing resume screening and phone interviewing, and presenting contractor applicants. style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work closely with hiring teams to understand contingent hiring needs and manage contingent hiring process from beginning to end.
  • Utilizes the vendor management solution (Fieldglass) to review resumes, schedule phone screens, and track engagement process.
  • Manages relationships with preferred suppliers who provide talent for business units.
  • Negotiates rates and work order details.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to hiring teams throughout the contractor engaging process.
  • Communicates with hiring teams frequently.

QUALIFICATIONS: style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" Education:
  • Combination of education/experience in human resources environment preferred.
  • Associate Degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline preferred.

Experience:
  • 1+ year of experience in full life cycle recruiting required, agency preferred.
  • 1+ year experience working with external contingent labor clients.
  • Must have a track record of successfully filling a variety of positions ranging in industry.
  • Experience using a vendor management solution is preferred.
  • Experience using Behavior-Based questions to screen candidates is preferred.
