- Primary function includes Client stakeholder Management, Program Management, and team leadership
- Excellent Customer stakeholder management capabilities in terms of leading large programs.
- Lead complex projects/programs from conceptual design to implementation in Salesforce Environment
- Own the application development lifecycle and leverage Agile/Iterative methodology to deliver software systems in short but progressive and impactful cycles.
- Manage project priorities and resource assignments to ensure adequate resources are available for successful projects.
- Scope project work through discovery of business requirements, non-functional requirements, and translation to technical work effort, SDLC project plans and work breakdown scheduling.
- Should be able to run the Dev sprints
- Should have experience in managing Scope, Risk, schedule, and budgeting of the project.
- Work in most phases of engagement; review and provide technical assistance, and advise on existing software solutions
- Participate in code review sessions to validate adherence with development standards and maintain technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of software development; Salesforce background is highly preferred
- Demonstrable experience in building enterprise SaaS products, specifically Salesforce is preferred
- Strong experience in working with distributed teams on the client side
- Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills
- Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills
