As part of FAIG, the Sourcing Specialist is responsible for supporting the recruitment of quality, experienced Financial Advisors and assisting the hiring manager/business owner by sourcing leads to improve the recruiting pipelines and reengage Financial Advisors from the core pipeline.Specific responsibilities include:Proactively reach out to Financial Advisor (FA) prospects in order to support hiring managers/business owners with lead generation (i.e. build pipeline by making outbound calls, texts, emails, mailers, LinkedIn connections to FA Prospects to ensure sufficient lead flow and facilitate meetings)

Understand and articulate the WIM value proposition

Utilize LinkedIn to increase social media presence and engage FA prospects

Develop understanding of industry trends and recruiting landscape

Partner with hiring manager/business owner to understand recruiting landscape and opportunity in order to generate leads

Review pipeline along with hiring manager/business owner to identify core pipeline FAs and potential priority list FAs to determine best channel fit and advance prospects through recruiting process

Follow up on Maturing Leads report

Follow up on National and Market-level marketing campaigns

Generate prospecting reports in markets looking to build a pipeline

Follow up on website leads/inquiries

Document accurate recruiting notes and activity in Salesforce

St. Louis, MO is the preferred location but may consider other locations within the Wells Fargo footprint.The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.MO-Saint Louis: Min: $49,700 Mid: $70,000 Max: $90,300 May be considered for a discretionary bonusRequired Qualifications4+ years of financial services industry experience

1+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, recruiting, or branch development
