Title: Space Planner/Move Coordinator Location: St.Louis, MO Duration: 12 Months Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for weekly move coordination.
  • Engages clients, including senior management, to determine block planning and any special requirements for group and weekly moves. Interacts with all hiring managers for onboarding needs.
  • Provides support to facilities teams on facilities projects including new construction, building improvement, and minor alterations.
  • Receive and manage customer move requests via the Work Order system.
  • Create move drawings and material issue tickets for all moves.
  • Coordinates moves with porters, IT, and networking teams.
  • Maintains accurate seating/space utilization records, working with Archibus and AutoCAD.
  • Working with the ergonomic team, the move coordinator manages and tracks ergonomic requests, and facilitates ergonomic equipment installations.
  • Responsible for related purchase order requisitions, invoice processing, financial tracking, vendor interactions, vendor quotes, and other tasks.
  • Receive and manage work order requests related to the Engineering and Design department.
  • Conduct space and utilization audits as needed.
  • Keep furniture inventory sheets current.
  • Accepts projects, special assignments, Subject Matter Expert responsibilities, and administrative duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM):

  • Ability to read construction drawings at a level required to review and approve layout plans drawn by a designer and explain plans to furniture and equipment installers. Coordination of vendors and contractors. Strategic facility planning and change management methodologies. Workplace strategy innovation.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • BS in Interior Design or related field
Skills:
  • Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities.
  • The customer-facing position requires excellent customer skills in a fast-paced role in a fast-paced environment. Must be AutoCAD proficient.
  • The ability to space plan and knowledge of architectural building codes is a plus.
  • AutoCAD, Ergonomics exp needed. They need someone who can do the move coordination all the moves happening around the campus, reconfiguring workstations, space coordination
  • Need to do furniture orders and placing these orders and tracking them and coordinate delivery and helping associates settle in new space planning drawings.
