Title: Strategic Revenue Management AnalystLocation: Saint Louis, MODuration: 6 Months Job Description:- This is a critical role within Stragetic Revenue Management (SRM), a dedicated team delivering insight driven strategies and activations that result in price realization and value capture. Working alongside business partners in Sales and Marketing, the Analyst of SRM Analytics and Capabilitie will be responsible for enforcing Client's Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy.
- Beyond MAP enforcement, this person will have opportunities to help create and maintain dashboards as well as analytical tools that will be utilized across Generating Demand. This will not only require strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills, but also the ability to work cross functionally with stakeholders of all levels across Generating Demand.
- Ownership of day to day maintenance/running of MAP pricing tools:
- Identify MAP violations using existing pricing tools as well as manual data checks
- Maintain and update internal MAP dashboards
- Ensure data integrity through daily data validation checks
- Work with pricing tool vendors as needed to fit the needs of our business
- Communicate with ORM, Supply Chain, etc. any product suspensions due to MAP violation, as well as shipment reinstatements
- Communicate violations and enforcement actions to retailers
- Ownership/maintenance of the MAP Pricing List to ensure accuracy (accompanies MAP Policy)
- Discover and alert Sr. Pricing Analyst and Director of noticeable patterns that may lead to needed policy updates/modifications
- Assist Sr. Pricing Analyst with dashboard development as well as analysis of market and customer data to provide actionable insights and suggested policy adjustments. Analysis includes, but not limited to trends, marketplace ramifications and financial impacts of MAP, MAP suspensions, etc.
- Answer day to day policy questions/clarifications from internal and external partners (alerting legal, Sr. Analyst & Director when appropriate)
- Train/Educate GD teams on MAP policy.
- 1+ years experience in an analytical business function, Order Revenue Management experience preferred
- Demonstrated attention to detail as well as strong communication skills
- Experience with data management a plus
- Excel and Power BI knowledge
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Self motivated towards continuous process improvement
