Duties: This role will be a part of our analytics community for the Experience Design team. This team member will be responsible for the development of the analytics marketing channels and campaigns, collaborate with our business partners and stakeholders, and generate standard reporting and complete ad hoc analyses designed around those marketing channels to satisfy our marketing business KPIs. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing practices with experience in planning, measuring and optimizing digital campaigns Creating and optimizing multi-channel (omnichannel) campaigns Must have the ability to configure Adobe Analytics marketing channels, campaigns, internal and external traffic independently Lead best practice implementation of campaigns and marketing channels to ensure all marketing tracking and reporting is accurate and relevant. Measure and analyze online marketing campaigns including but not limited to: natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social Closely align with marketing, content and product teams to create integrated cross channel campaigns designed around core personas and user journeys Experience in Adobe Analytics Attributions models, such as: Last Touch, First Touch, Linear, etc Experience in working within a marketing/business intelligence environment Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives Write and maintain technical documentation and requirements related to web analytics marketing channels and campaigns Define key analytics, KPIs and analytics reports using Adobe Analytics workspace Skills: 2+ years of professional experience. Extensive recent hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and mobile marketing services Strong analytical skills with experience of A/B testing Collaborate across multiple teams to align on product KPIs Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Experience with key platforms and technologies across paid channels and SEO Experience managing and working alongside agencies to define and deliver against key objectives to drive performance Education: Bachelor's degree required
