Position: Technical Business Analyst

Location:

Saint Louis (preferred) or Charlotte, NC

Experience: 8+ Years

Work Mode: Day 1 Onsite

Required Technical Skills/Experience:Understanding and experience working with and testing API calls for real time data requestsUnderstanding and experience working with SFTP file structures for non-time sensitive data requestsUnderstanding and experience working with KAFKA feedsUnderstanding and experience working with relational databases and writing complex SQL queries

Highly Preferred

Experience:Experience writing HTMLExperience working on a messaging platforms related to Email, SMS, and outbound dialersExperience with CSG billing systemsExperience in cable industries and/or MSO

Soft Skills:The ideal candidate has previous developer background and can understand highly technical concepts as it relates to data transport technologiesThe ideal candidate possesses a keen sense of urgency and escalates to their management to ensure projects they are assigned are not blockedThe ideal candidate owns and drives their assigned tasks to completionThe ideal candidate is an extreme self-starter who will actively seek the knowledge they need rather than wait

Background: This candidate will take fully formed business requirements from our business and work with our architects to develop solutions for sending automated Email/SMS/Autocall messages to our customers. The candidate will work directly with our platform architects to develop the solutions to the business requirements. The candidate will also work directly with outside teams who are responsible for forming and sending us the data payloads used to pass into the templating language of our communications. The candidate will develop the documentation that will be utilized by out platform development, QA, and front end developers for them to do their work.
