ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, labor hours.
Organizing, attending and participating in project meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Create and review project change orders.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Traveling out of state, 4-6 days a week, depending on work load.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Have basic knowledge of job requirements & know basic plumbing parts
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Understands and complies with safety requirements at all times
Maintain a positive attitude towards completing job while complying with all Company policies
Transport tools, equipment and supplies to job site as needed
Valid drivers license
Able to work to tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as part of an effective team.
Attention to detail
Keep all materials, tools, and equipment in an orderly and properly working fashion and the work area clean and organized at all times
Punctual and reliable
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This position requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain. Wear personal protective equipment hard hat, safety glasses, respirator when required. Able to work 8 -10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Includes crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, constantly moving about on the feet and able to routinely lift heavy objects more than 50 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects is required. Repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers. Must be able to complete a full day of assignments involving overhead work. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of the job.Works in single and multi-story buildings with all exposures typical of a heavy construction site, including portable sanitary facilities.
