As a change management & adoption strategy leader for the digital workplace team, your contributions will be aligned to our North Star, new technology, new processes and new Services-organization-wide campaigns. You will be highly proactive in owning digital workplace technology and process enablement of Services for non technical segments of the business. You will serve as a brand ambassador for the Ascension Technologies Digital Workplace Solutions Change Management team, creating and maintaining relationships with key business leaders and stakeholder groups.

As a manager and change maker, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding our team of Change Enablement Leads ensuring the best version of our enablement plans exist and our deliverables are held to an exceptional standard.

You will collaborate and build great relationships with our partners - Organizational Development and Learning, Change Agent Community, and "North Star" technology transformation programs.

You will:
  • Proactively guide and oversee the development and implementation of the change management enablement plan , aligned with the Ascension Change Model and philosophy, which includes: Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Communications & Training Strategies and User Adoption
  • Ensure alignment of Change Management activities with overall IT project timeline and track & report key milestones, dependencies, assesses change readiness and mitigates any risks in advance of go-lives
  • Strategically plan key adoption metrics the business should track to ensure implemented solutions have a return on investment and address adoption challenges as they arise
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal change management processes.
  • Based on workload and schedules, may also fill the role of the primary Change Enablement Lead for a project

Essential Requirements
  • 5+ years leading transformational change experience, utilizing change management principles, methodologies and tools across large scale programs
  • Executive presence including excellent communication skills verbally, in writing and in fostering relationships built on trust, with demonstrated success in translating technical messaging to non-technical audiences, through storytelling and concise delivery
  • Excellent problem solving, collaborative decision-making and leadership and coaching skills and experience
  • Manage and execute project plan activities and deliverables to meet desired objectives and deadlines, adhering to project scope, budgets, and resource planning
  • Independently lead the delivery of in-scope activities for small to medium sized engagements, while partnering with senior team members for large-scale engagements
  • Build credible relationships with external clients and internal colleagues, including team members, project leadership, PMO, functional and technical resources
  • Advise and support clients on how to best incorporate training solutions within the context of broader transformation initiatives. Ensure the client team understands and implements leading practice training approaches to cloud-based technology implementation and adoption that result in the enablement of key capabilities
  • Be comfortable and credible in contributing to the needs analysis and solution design for client engagements. During active engagements, identify and successfully pursue additional change management opportunities
  • Identify and successfully pursue opportunities to improve or change the team's methodology and practices
  • Contribute to the practice as an engaged team member, participating in community discussions, continually learning, and support team members
  • Development of customer specific content

    . Perform foundational analysis, develop change management and strategic communication strategies and plans, and developing and delivering training strategies and plans; includes (but not limited to) development of communication and/or training materials, and organize and facilitate instructor-led training

Desirable Requirements
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMI PMP etc) and Change Management (ACCMP)
  • Good understanding of the technology solutions across Digital Workplace Solutions and Hardware / Software / Service-as-a-Solution

Direct and oversee information systems activities and resources to include project management responsibility and oversight of teams.
  • Develop departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the technological, clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
  • Prepare departmental budgets and ensure the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
  • Coordinate and direct internal/external audits.
  • Direct and evaluate activities including research, design and development of new technologies, service level determination and complaint management.
  • May provide temporary leadership coverage for other directors in their absence.
  • Partner with senior management and senior users on strategic technology issues.
  • Establish strategic direction and oversight to ensure technology resources are optimized and expenses managed.
What You Will Need: Education:
  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
  • 5 years of experience required.
  • 10 years of experience preferred.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
