We are looking to fill a full-time, year round assistant manager position. Our ideal candidate is highly proactive and eager to assist in aspects of the companys administrative operations while providing individualized support to the General Manager, staff members and customers visiting The Butterfly Palace. We offer great daytime hours between 8am and 5pm, open year-round weekends are REQUIRED.
It is very important for the candidate to posses the ability to prioritize and multitask under a fast paced environment. Display a warm, loving personality and demeanor. Have excellent communication and organizational skills. And be versatile and willing to train as a staff member at entry level and learn from the bottom up for on the job training.
