We are taking applications for immediate employment as an assistant property manager in Springfield, MO.
This is a full forty hours a week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am until 5:30 pm. We do not work weekends.
We pay weekly and withhold taxes appropriately. All property is right in Springfield, so no travel is required.
Relevant experience is helpful, but not necessarily a requirement.
A clean criminal history is required.
You will need to have your own transportation and excellent computer skills to qualify for this job.
This position utilizes a wide variety of tasks including telephone work, computer work, inspecting and finishing units as needed, and showing apartments to pre-qualified prospective tenants by appointment.
This is a customer service job as well, and you must successfully balance the work load between the desk and the field.
We start at $12.00 hourly. Raises are given on a merit basis. The better you are, the better we can pay.
