ArrowPoint Solar in Nixa, MO is currently hiring an Assistant Solar Consultant/Appointment Setter to join our team! This will start as a work-from-home position due to current stay-at-home order. Once the order is lifted, the position will continue in our office.
We are looking for smart and driven self-starters that are willing to learn. We will train you in the solar industry and give you all the information to set up appointments. This entry-level position provides support to the sale's team by calling prospective solar clients generated through a warm lead process. The Assistant Solar Consultant provides general customer support and provides administrative support for the Senior Solar Consultants.
This is a full-time position with an hourly wage plus commission potential with NO quota requirements. Wage is based on experience. Previous experience in a call center and sales cold/warm lead contact, as well as SalesForce experience, is a plus but not necessarily required. Will train the right person. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!
