FULL TIME: We need TWO full time teachers (8am-4pm ideally).
PART TIME: Times needed are varied and flexible. Let's talk about what we both need when you apply.
BOTH full time and part time positions will be filled by TEACHERS who will engage the widely varied needs of these children at all of their different levels of learning and help them become the most amazing little humans that they all have the potential to be.
Responsibilities will include, but will in no way be limited to:
Daily implementation of a lesson plan either devised by you or given to you (and gone over thoroughly until everyone is on the same page) by the classroom's lead teacher
Proper, inclusive, and effective management of a classroom that will include many DIFFERENT children who learn, behave, and grow in different ways and at different speeds.
Sanitation of classroom and classroom materials that matches and, as often as possible, exceeds state guidelines
A willingness to get in the floor and play, get messy, HAVE FUN, and make each day as special and CONSISTENT as we can for these kids, even when we're not exactly feeling it.

We'd love to meet you and chat for a bit when you APPLY IN PERSON. Between noon and 2:30pm (nap time) is best, but please feel free to stop in any time between 6:30am-6:30pm.
