Career Opportunity
Family Facets provides Intensive In-home Services, Family Reunification Services, Chafee Foster Care Independence Program Services, Foster Care-Adoption Resources Services, Training, Consulting and Family Meeting Activities Services, and Training and Development Services for Intensive In-home and Intensive Family Reunification Services, to the Missouri Children’s Division and to private vendors. Our Therapy Program, as mental health services providers, spans from western to eastern Missouri, including St. Louis City & County. We were awarded the Child Permanency Services grant to provide these services to families in Boone County, as well.

We presently have vacancies in our Intensive In-home Services / Intensive Family Reunification Services Program, which was awarded to us through competitive bidding through the State of Missouri, Department of Social Services, Children’s Division, as follows:
Intensive In-home Services / Intensive Family Reunification Services Specialist
Wright & Douglas Counties
Provide intensive home-based services to prevent out-of-home placement of children and/or to re-unify children with their family
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a comparable Human Services field & 1 year family services experience minimum
Must live in primary county or very near primary and secondary county
Full-time position, 2-4 family caseload – on call for crisis, as needed
Work out of your home with a varying schedule which may include evenings and weekends
Provide virtual visits, curbside visits, and responsible physical distancing during interventions with families
Training & resources provided - laptop, printer/scanner, cell phone, Staples account access
Company Car issued, to be housed at Specialist’s residence – vehicle taxes, licensing, fuel card or fuel reimbursement and maintenance provided
Family Facets covers health insurance premiums for full-time employees; option for dental, vision and/or family enrollment
Starting salary $27,000-30,000/yr, depending on education and experience,
with adjustment for advanced service related experience
