Coordinate/manage all customer and GDIT conference requests for Patriot Ridge and Cortex.
Understand the IT configurations and escalation processes
Closely coordinate with facilities and security to ensure smooth CC operations
Understand/enforce all tenant safety regulations
Enhance/establish operating processes, signage, and marketing materials
Report CC usage, metrics, updates, etc.
Be available to support other GDIT local conference center needs
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Requirements:
BA/BS (or equivalent expertise)
5+ years of experience
