Core Job Responsibilities:
Log DSR mailings into the system.
Compare store’s back office with the system report to find variances.
Check price adjustments per approved guidelines.
Verify invoices for payment.
Research retail margin errors, light product gains and losses.
Reconcile & match retail transfers.
Check for proper Manager, DM, RM approval signatures.
Reconcile coupons.
Research cash variances.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements Education Level: High School Graduate or Equivalent. College Experience PreferredIf Degreed, preferred Major: Business, AccountingWork Experience Desired: Previous office experienceOther Skills:
