Service Recycling is currently looking for individuals to fill our full-time General Labor - Pallet Repair positions.
Monday - Friday position, 7am - 4pm
Pay is based on a piece rate scale, allowing an employee to earn more as they produce more.
Responsibilities for Pallet Repair:
Learn company grade standards
Repair pallets to company standards
Clean work area at end of shift
Always use applicable personal protective equipment
Complete other tasks as may be assigned
Focus on safety, attendance, quality, and positive attitude
Requirements for Pallet Repair:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively for an 8 hour work day
Must have familiarity with a nail gun, pry bar, and possibly saws
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, and subsequent random screenings
Must have reliable transportation
Must wear steel-toed boots (not provided)
Must be able to acclimate to a non-climate controlled environment
Select paid holidays off, paid vacation after 1 year.
