Residential/Transitional Living Program seeks patient, mature, and responsible child care workers for part time evening weekend hours. Currently we have 16-20 hours/week available with potential for more in the future.
We are a Residential Treatment program providing transitional living services to female adolescents who are preparing to age out of the foster care system. Our girls have emotional and behavioral issues and are learning the skills to live successfully in a family home, foster home, or independent living arrangement. This position requires modeling and teaching living skills, dispensing medications per agency procedure, and facilitating education, treatment, and community resources. Human services background is preferred but not required. Applicants must be age 21, have a high school diploma, pass background screen, and have a good driving record, a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Compensation begins at $9.00 per hour.
