We're developing earth-sheltered affordable housing through community land trust models in Missouri and Arkansas. We have the vision, the legal structure (LLC + nonprofit), and real development opportunities. What we need is someone who handles execution while the founder focuses on strategy.
This role is for someone who thrives on closing deals, managing relationships, and keeping multiple projects moving forward. You'll own investor/lender communications, property acquisitions, deal structuring, and operational follow-through. You need to be the kind of person who updates before being asked, takes calls without hesitation, and proposes next steps rather than waiting for direction.
