We have an immediate opening for a full time general rental maintenance position for day to day property maintenance, between the hours of 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with weekends off, in Springfield, Missouri. No travel involved.
Salary is negotiable, according to your skills and experience. We pay weekly, with all appropriate taxes withheld.
Duties will include general day to day maintenance as well as remodeling.
We have a great team, and we are hoping to find a new team member with a strong skill set to compliment the rest of our maintenance and remodeling team. Strong HVAC skills and/or Carpentry skills preferred but not necessarily required.
This is year round work. We offer five paid holidays a year, and one week paid vacation after one year on the job.
You will need your own licensed and insured pickup truck, a valid driver license, and a clean criminal background.
We furnish all the supplies needed.
