We are a company based in Fenton, looking for a driven and hard working individual to join our customer care team. The job is primarily working in an INBOUND call center answering customer inquiries for Puzzle Warehouse [Puzzle & Game Products] as well as answering e-mails and live chats. Work from home available after training period.

Flexible on schedule, but we need someone who can work Saturdays during the day. Please let us know what your availability and interest is in terms of hours in your response.

REQUIREMENTS:

You must be well written and well spoken. This position involves regular contact with end users and consumers via telephone and e-mail correspondence. You must be able to communicate with customers and co-workers alike effectively.

Knowledge of navigating a computer and the internet quickly to find answers is necessary.

Reliability is key. You should have your own transportation and be able to show up for your scheduled shift on-time.
