We Are Hiring: Ascension is a talented, mission drive Vice President - Product. What You Will Do:
Core Responsibilities: Product Development- Partners with VP Consumer Product, VPs of Research & Design | Engineering to develop an end-to-end journey for product development which accommodates the broad portfolio of needs in the organization (20%)
- Partners with Senior leadership across the enterprise around business unit strategic priorities, overall business unit performance goals, and with business unit leadership jointly identifies new opportunities for enhancement of the Utility journey phases.
- Specifically responsible for all Clinical Product Management within the Studio and ensuring there are adequate processes and structures in place to deliver products on time, within budget and aligned to product-market fit as much as possible (50%)
- Manages the Clinical Product Team composed of Sr. Directors of Product, Product Managers, and Delivery Coordinators (30%)
- Establishes and manages clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for each clinical product and leverages the agile methodology broadly across the product organization
- Develops Clinical Product budget and collaborates with the Studio leadership team in developing integrated overall Studio budget.
- Ensures that Product Managers across Consumer and Clinical products are coordinating where necessary to develop integrated Studio portfolio allowing seamlessness across utility and clinical subphases of overall consumer/patient/provider journeys.
- Ensures that Clinical Product Managers are coordinating with AT, MarCom, and others in order to develop, refine and deliver a unified vision for each product.
- Coordinates with Clinical Product Managers evaluating, sequencing and roadmapping portfolio specific product expansion
- Ensures that each Clinical product has a product roadmap, adequate resourcing, and defined timelines flexible within an iterative approach to product development
- Participates with Studio leadership in strategic development of integrated Studio product roadmap
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- Product Management - 7 years of experience required. 10 years preferred.
- Experience in Product Mgmt; experience specifically in healthcare consumer/clinical and healthcare provider-focused products.
- Experience working in complex/matrixed organization
- Highly developed communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and create consensus
- Leadership: 5 years required (Large product development team / Complex organization)
