World Wide Technology, Inc. currently has an opportunity available for an Oracle IT Business Analyst on the Supply Chain Program Enablement team in St. Louis, MO. WWT specializes in providing its customers with Supply Chain services including planning, procurement, order management, and inventory management. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team consisting of other Developers, Analysts, and Architects. Team Members utilize a broad range of functional and technical skills and are encouraged to expand their functional knowledge and technical capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with business and cross-functional IT Teams to understand WWT's supply chain processes (specifically order management, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse management)
  • Gather business requirements, create design documentation, perform system setup (Boundary and custom applications), and prepare gap/interface functional specifications
  • Deliver solutions to business users that are aligned to best practices and provide thought leadership in the Supply Chain / Logistics space
  • Participate on major projects and complex assignments with broad and ambiguous scope
  • Work on production support, enhancements, and implementation projects to support WWT business operations
  • Provide demonstrations and training to end-users and stakeholders for any enhancements of project releases
  • Define test conditions and test scripts to ensure system stability, validity, and data integrity
  • Work in an agile team - plan, prioritize, design, test and coordinate end to end delivery of solutions

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, Management of Information Systems, or a technical related field
  • Experience with Oracle EBS Applications or similar ERP is required
  • Technical Skills: SQL required, PL/SQL would be a plus
  • Experience with partner B2B communication is a plus
  • Past experience with one (preferably more) full implementation (from concept to production support)
  • Knowledge of Order Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse Management systems required
  • Autonomous and self-motivated - execute on requirements both independently and with team collaboration
  • Be open to new technologies, industry trends and ability to adopt latest design methodologies.
  • Ability to work and collaborate with business, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

  • Possess a solid understanding of Agile, Lean and Scrum principles
