(WWT) currently has an opening for a Senior Analyst- CA PPM as a part of our IT Service Delivery team in St. Louis, MO.You will work in a very dynamic and challenging environment with a team that provides diverse solutions to our business stakeholders and Project Managers within our Services Organization. The IT Service Delivery team uses a broad range of functional and technical skills toward the continued build-out of our CA PPM platform including integrations to various boundary and custom web applications. As a member of our IT Service Delivery team, you will:• Provide leadership and promote WWT Core Values and best practices• Participate in requirements gathering including problem definition, requirement elicitation, and impact analysis on complex projects spanning multiple stakeholder communities• Participate and consult in architecture, design, implementation, and configuration of Clarity application including integrations• Analyze data flow within Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud Projects and various boundary and custom web applications to resolve issues and to identify process improvements• Provide guidance and direction on Production issues• Work with other technology teams across the enterprise to ensure common direction and compliance• Provide functional and technical leadership while promoting best practices and direction to team members.• Partner with external vendor, customers, and internal teams to manage the implementations and ongoing support• Develop and execute test plans and document test results• Document system requirements• Support the development of technical solutions and provide ongoing assistance and consultation to resolve problems to ensure the solutions meet the end user's requirements• Continue to develop a high level of analytical, technical, and business knowledgeQualified applicants will have:• Bachelors, Masters or MBA degree preferably in computer science or Computer Information Systems• 5+ years experience performing business or systems analysis• 5+ years of relational database experience• 5+ years knowledge of Oracle Project Financials• 1 - 3 years CA PPM experience • Experience integrating CA PPM with external systems- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience
- Experience working with business partners to breakdown requirements, managing technology delivery, educating the business on technology options, and leading enterprise level initiatives
- Strong understanding of Project Management/business process and how technology can enhance and improve these processes preferred
