We are looking for an experienced, smart, passionate IT professional to join the IT Service Delivery team. You will work in a very dynamic and challenging environment with a team that provides diverse solutions to our business stakeholders in and outside of our Services Organization. The IT Service Delivery team uses a broad range of functional and technical skills toward the continued build-out of our Clarity PPM platform. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4 (the team is comprised of Analysts and Developers), working closely and managing relationships with system integrators and partners, and overseeing delivery as well as possibly contributing to the work done by the Product team wherever there are needs. You will manage all aspects of the Development process, including developing and executing on the program roadmap, working with process owners and service providers to identify and manage Continuous Improvement projects and maturing the overall platform capability. You will also be expected to work closely with other members within Apps Services Leadership, business teams, and vendors to ensure the effective execution and integration of processes across the business and our external customers.

As a member of our Application Services leadership team, you will:
  • Provide leadership and promote WWT Core Values and best practices
  • Grow and Develop members of your Team: Understand their goals and work with them to achieve, hold regular and effective 1 on 1s, provide real-time coaching and engage in difficult conversations as needed, recognize, and reward the right behaviors
  • Provide input into team members’ compensation, hiring/performance improvement decisions, and promotions
  • Create and foster an atmosphere of mentoring, quality, diversity, collaboration, and improvement by actively coaching your team members
  • Escalate and remove impediments from the teams to help them be as effective as possible
  • Work with the team to provide innovative IT solutions to business challenges that align to the product strategy
  • Help with the on-going development and the support of existing business processes
  • Enable training for team members on the tools and project functionalities
  • Participate in the design of complex solutions.
  • Participate in maintaining the Clarity PPM Instance supported by the IT Service Delivery team to foster excellent end user experience.
  • Provide functional and technical leadership while promoting best practices and direction to team members.
  • Partner with external vendor, customers, and internal teams to manage implementations and ongoing steady support
  • Hold the team accountable for meeting commitments while adhering to the organization's quality, methodology, and architecture standards
Qualified applicants will have:

  • Bachelors, Masters or MBA degree preferably in computer science or Computer Information Systems
  • 5+ Years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Developer, or Solutions Architect preferably but not required in Project Financials or have worked in a Project Portfolio Management Platform before
  • Minimum of 1-2 years prior experience and passion supervising/managing and developing people to their full potential through coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience
  • Strong understanding of Project Management/business process and how technology can enhance and improve these processes preferred
  • Demonstrate ability to gather requirements, including problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis on complex projects spanning multiple stakeholder communities, design and implementation specs, application configuration, workflow configuration, UI configuration, development of reporting, development of requirement integration components, and testing and QA; must be able to coach the team through this process
  • Experience utilizing AGILE processes, methodologies, and practices
