World Wide Technology, Inc. currently has an opportunity available for a Analyst on the Deal Configuration team located at our headquarters in St. Louis, MO. The team supports three distinct applications: The Deal, Solutions, and Service Quoting. These applications are the tools that support our sales and engineering teams, helping them define, solutionize and ultimately delivery a statement of work and quote to meet the needs of our customers. The team's applications are in high-demand and currently being rolled out to our sales and engineering teams across the country and globe. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team consisting of other Developers, Analysts, Architects and Product Owners supporting and enhancing this set of applications.

As a member of the Deal Configuration Team you will:- Work closely with the development team, product ownership, and other stakeholders to ensure development meets requirements
- Review and learn both functional and technical attributes of the team's suite of applications to further strengthen our planning and development
- Grow your knowledge from a business perspective
- Perform end-to-end testing of the solutions that are developed for our customers
- Analyze issues in development pipeline environments
- Be part of production support
- Document team and business processes and procedures
- Be self-motivated to ask questions and find creative solutions to business problems
- Follow Agile methodologies
- Five years of business analyst or similar experience
- Skilled at multitasking requirements including gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting tasks across multiple user groups
- Knowledgeable in relational databases and SQL queries
- Thoughtful problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in groups
- Ability to ask the right questions to understand the business problem and identify the measurement or business objective
- Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
