- Must have 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing
- Minimum of 2 years of Telecommunications and Cable industry knowledge is required
- Must have knowledge of CSG and ICOMS billing systems
- Must have knowledge of SQL and able to develop simple to fairly complex queries
- Experience in Web Services test automation framework, methodologies, and implementation
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Java.
- Knowledgeable in testing REST services
- Proficient in the Agile and SAFE methodologies
- Designing and developing test automation scripts
- Using test automation guidelines
- Researching issues in software through testing
- Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions
- Keeping updated with the latest industry developments
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Must have experience with SoapUI and/or Postman
- HP ALM
- Selenium
- ACSR (CSG)
- Oracle Database, SQL Developer, MySQL
- Java, SQL, HTML
- Caas Cluster (not required but nice to have)
