- Experience in designing efficient DevOps pipelines for IaaS, PaaS and CaaS automation with a cloud native mindset.
- Experience implementing Full lifecycle DevOps automation including Configuration management, Build Automation, Release management, Deployment automation and Infrastructure management.
- Experience with DevOps CICD tools and concepts- Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Chef, Ansible, Azure DevOps and staged integration etc.
- Experience with container management tools like Docker, ACS, Kubernetes, AKS, GKE.
- Experience with two or more scripting languages – PowerShell, Groovy, JavaScript, python, Golang.
- Experience with packer, vagrant, terratest, Ansible Tower.
- Deep understanding in Ansible Automations like infrastructure management, application deployment, server security, CD/CI, service orchestration and cloud provisioning.
- Experience in providing solutions and technical implementation aligned with the automation program objectives using Ansible.
- Use Ansible as a continuous deployment tools for automation of deployment framework to reduce deployment errors and increase the efficiency.
- Install configuration management system and write Ansible Playbooks to automate the repetitive tasks, quickly deploy critical applications.
- Will be a technical expert in Ansible infrastructure Perform maintenance and configuration and provide SME level support Develop, configure and administer DevOps and IT automation solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing deployment tools and scripts (ansible, shells) that are in use today. Development of new ansible scripts as and when required.
- Red Hat Certification in Ansible automation or Advanced Ansible automation is value added to the role.
- Understanding of micro-services, containerization, and other app modernization strategies.
- Understanding of APIs, SDKs, and other integration methods.
- Handle conflict situations and make quick decision while driving incidents.
- Responsible for planning and coordinating all the activities required to perform, monitor, and report on the process
- Establish continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance, activities, roles and responsibilities, policies, procedures and supporting technology is reviewed and enhanced where applicable)
