Roles/Responsibilities (5 – 8 day to day candidate’s responsibilities)§ Strong Communication, Articulation, Analytical Skills. § Ability to handle multiple stakeholders including management§ Collaborating closely with business users and PMO to review requirements.§ Develop, recommend and discuss technical designs that meet those requirements.§ Analyzing, documenting, and performing system configuration and setup as well as integration and system testing.§ Troubleshooting issues with existing systems and resolve. Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.§ Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Required Qualifications (5 – 8 bullet points on must have skills)§ At least 6 - 8 years of professional experience in IT, in different phases of Software Development Life Cycle, mainly designing, development/implementation, testing and maintenance for DevOps role.§ 6+ years of work experience with 3+ years in Bigdata technology and Kafka.§ Extensive working knowledge on Hadoop Big data environment.§ Should have developed Spark jobs using Scala/Python for processing large volumes of data.§ Experience working on all the big data technologies like Hive, HBase, Spark, Scala, Impala, Kafka etc. Experience on Big Data Integration tools such as Talend will be an added advantage.§ Sound experience in the Analysis, Design, Development, Coding and Testing under Client Server environment.§ Hands on experience on Java, Scala, Python, Shell scripting and Sql.§ Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Apache Kafka will be an added advantage.§ Hands-on experience with spark streaming will be an added advantage.§ Knowledge with AWS cloud will be an added advantage.§ Experience in database design, creation and management of schemas, writing stored procedures, functions, triggers, DDL, DML SQL queries. Experience in writing SQL and PL/SQL programming.§ Knowledge on any job schedulers like , crontab and Tidal, one-automation etc
