About this role:Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management ('WIM') is a leading full service, US wealth management business with over $2 trillion in client assets, 3 million clients and 12,500 financial advisors. WIM is one of the five core lines of Business at Wells Fargo and represents 20% of firm-wide revenue.

The Client Relationship Group ('CRG') is the distribution arm of WIM. This includes financial advisors in WIM offices, financial advisors in Wells Fargo bank branches, FiNet – our channel for RIAs, independent financial advisors and clearing broker dealers. As well as our digital offerings – WellsTrade and Intuitive Investor.

The CRG CFO will report to the WIM CFO and be the strategic finance partner on a day to day basis to the head of the WIM Client Relationship Group. The CRG CFO we be part of the WIM Finance and CRG leadership teams.

Finance support for CRG is run as one end to end team to include

Financial reporting

Field management reporting

FA hiring & compensation

Broker dealer finance

Independent advisor group finance

Digital finance and

CRG expense management

In this role, you will:Develop a vision and set direction on all aspects of financial advisory to one or more large, complex line of business within Wells Fargo

Provide strategic consultation to most experienced leaders companywide on financial strategy

Establish line of companywide strategic financial plans and objectives

Provide leadership to develop guidelines for compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with others to implement key risk initiatives

Lead a team of managers and more experienced professionals serving as a key point of coordination for day-to-day activities

Plan and execute companywide initiatives to support overall Wells Fargo goals

Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers

Lead team to achieve objectives

Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in Finance

Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications, US:8+ years of Finance experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

4+ years of Management experience
