Make sure we’re meeting all contractual and legal requirements
Keep our files and records organized
Prepare reports and schedules
Answer and direct phone calls
Set up agendas and appointments
Submit payroll on time
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma
Ideally, 2 years of administrative experience
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, 10-key, and basic computer skills
Great written and verbal communication skills
Leadership qualities and a self-starter attitude
Excellent time management
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
