Demonstrating proficiency using the Google suite of collaboration tools, and a willingness to learn additional technology platforms and tools;

Paying attention to detail and having proven communication skills, both written and verbal;

Using business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills;

Navigating complexity and ambiguity, practicing resourcefulness to see things through;

Helping to support change management initiatives;

Conducting media relations;

Writing, editing and prooing/reviewing communications plans, articles, blogs/bylines, scripts, and other comms materials establishing quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles;

Utilizing project management skills to manage multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment, adapt to new priorities;

Collaborating effectively with leaders at all levels on strategic priorities and projects (content development and distribution, reporting) as well as counterparts across in Communications, Marketing, Brand and other enabling functions; and,

Demonstrating experience in communications in a fast-paced regulated business and/or agency environment.
