In this role, you will be responsible for leading Privileged Access Security initiatives within our environment.As a Manager , you will contribute to the delivery of EHI’s IAM program to ensure employees have a secured environment for productivity and protection to EHI’s most critical and sensitive data and systems. A successful candidate will be a driven, organized, effective collaborator and communicator, who can effectively translate business impact risk assessments into technical requirements and common terminology. In this role, you will collaborate often with both IT and business personnel.As a Manager over the Identity and Access Management Privileged Access Security Team, you will:Maintain an environment where your employees feel included, valued, and supported

Be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of results-oriented security engineers

Stay current with security trends, specifically related to the detection, analysis, and mitigation of cyber security threats

Supports the Engineering oversight of IAM PAS security tools and capabilities, as well as enhancements of operational processes, and ensures maintenance of required documentation

Align departmental work with other information security and IT initiatives

Establish KPIs, identify opportunities and improve processes

Build and develop teams which are integrated and high performing

Ensure solutions developed across organization are aligned to the ISO standards and principles, and are leveraging common solutions and services

Build strong relationships across our Global IT teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and best practices

6+ years of related experience

Experience and success in people management responsibilities, to include career coaching/ mentoring, hiring, salary and performance reviews, etc.

Must have a broad understanding of IT ecosystems and structure

Experience defining, developing, communicating, and implementing standards, processes, and procedures for the team in a collaborative and diverse environment

Adept at improving outcomes through proactive coaching and development at all levels

Must demonstrate excellent relationship management skills

Must demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills

Must demonstrate flexibility and agility related to critical thinking and making decisions with complex considerations as it relates to business implications

Must have proven experience working acrossan IT organization to accomplish business objectives

Experience partnering with external vendors and service providers

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Ability to provide escalation assistance; recommend potential solutions to issues; follow established escalation procedures; assist in problem resolution to conclusion

Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Preferred:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred

Enterprise engineering management experience including scoping work, requirements tracking, change and release management, and roadmap creation

Working knowledge of security tools and capabilities within the Privileged Access Security field

Management experience in Cyber Security or related technologies

Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)®, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar Identity Management Institute certification
