- Conduct workshops with the clients, analyze customer needs and validate technical choices
- Leverage the extensive technical capability and flexibility of the Ivalua platform to help customers articulate the value of the Ivalua platform
- Responsible for design blueprinting and documenting the deliverables
- Configuring the Ivalua solution and ensure proper solution is implemented
- Be the technical lead to support the technical efforts during the project execution, configuration, help clients debug integration code, prepare test cases, etc
- Constant interaction with Customer’s engineers and developers who are involved in implementation and integration of their systems with Ivalua Provide trainings to the customers for enablement on the Ivalua platform
- Provides assistance within the agreed framework in case of any ad-hoc request raised by the client
- Comply with internal requirements, respond to the queries / requests of the team leader, project manager and / or the other internal supervisor regarding CLIENT internal administrative tasks such as time sheet completion, Global Speed related processes etc.
- Support the Team Leader by providing the requested data / information regarding the internal and external reporting
- Conduct regular trainings for team members to enable them on the Ivalua platform
- Other tasks that are related to the position and are assigned by the Project Manager at the required level
- Good understanding of the Source to Contract, Procure to Pay and Spend management processes
- Hands on experience of SQL Server, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, APIs, SOAP, REST, Web Services, CSV, XML,
- Hands on experience building integrations with SOAP and REST API's and Web Services
- Experience with CSV, XML or any other type of document business standards
- Experience with the following is a big plus - ETL, EDI, cXML, Spend Management, Data load, procurement industry
- Broad knowledge of enterprise level, commercially available hardware and software products, operating systems, networking systems, methodologies and tools for integrating web based products
