Role: Project manager

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: Long Term

Project Scope: The team will work closely with the risk team for TPRM, data migration to Archer, configurations and documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ability to operate with independence and autonomy
  • Understand business goals and drive outcomes
  • Experience working on programs to define and build cloud-native software products as a platform at scale
  • Understand platforms capabilities and underlying technologies
  • Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Ability to debate the delivery strategy with business teams, architects, engineers, and designers
  • Able to communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity

Required Skills:
  • Deep dive to understand the platforms capabilities and underlying technologies
  • Data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals/stakeholders working across the organization
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify and track dependencies
  • Risk Management
  • Project Management skills

Qualifications:
  • Engineering graduates in Computer Science background preferred
