Project and People Manager:
Excellent people manager – track and contribute to growth and performance. Act as a Role Model.Played the role of a Vendor ManagerExperience with Resource planning: Forecasting, Capacity planning.Work with project management office to ensure projects are funded appropriately and estimates are accurate.Align PMO and multiple application teams on priorities, cadences, project timelines etc.Excellent communicator with experience collaborating at all levels of the org. Good negotiator. Technical:Go into initial requirement workshops and determine at a high level if new projects can have an impact on workflows, triage and pass them on to other technical teams.Help Define and Manage technical estimatesTrack project deliverables without needing a developer at every stepKnowledge of MicroservicesExperience analyzing and troubleshoot application systemsKnowledge of Spring boot/ Java/ js (not required but nice to have)Knowledge of Automation testing (not required but nice to have)Experience working with Oracle or any ERP.
