Manage projects ranging from $1M - $50M+ in scope.
Mentor, train, and develop new employees who join the business.
Assist estimating team with estimating and change orders.
Lead project meetings- bid proposals, update meetings, and closeouts.
Delegate tasks and duties as needed to ensure project delivery and deadlines.
Create budgets and schedules based on cost estimates and material overhead.
Work with the internal and external teams. Be a team player.

Experience with a general contractor is necessary.
Experience handling projects at least $20M in scope is preferred.
Project management and estimating software knowledge (procore and destiny are preferred).
Client-facing roles in prior companies.
Ability to identify potential risks and scheduling issues early and deal with them effectively.
My client is a design build general contractor averaging $300M in annual revenue with projects spread across multiple sectors and client specialties.
