Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a team of multiple Executive Administrative Assistants to join a 5-year federal program supporting an Intelligence Agency in St Louis, MO. The Executive Assistants MUST have a current TS/SCI.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include: • Provide support to a team of senior-level federal executives• Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements using Defense Travel System (DTS)• Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms for senior executives• Monitor daily tasks and deadlines using Task Management Tool (TMT)• Coordinate and set up VTC systems before staff meetings• Prepare, edit, and review executive correspondence, emails, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, read-ahead materials, standard operating procedures, memorandums, and other documents Qualifications for the Executive Assistant include: • MUST have an Active TS/SCI (CI Polygraph is preferred, but not required for this role) • Expert in providing administrative support for senior executives, directors, secretaries, and/or DoD military officers• Experience with calendar management, scheduling support, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, executive correspondence, and documents management• Experience utilizing Defense Travel System (DTS) and Task Management Tool (TMT) Experience + Education Requirements (must meet one of the following combinations):• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of Administrative work experience• Associate's Degree with 6+ years of Administrative work experience• High School Diploma with 8+ years of Administrative work experience Compensation for the Executive Assistant include: • Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 non-negotiable beyond 75K• Full Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.Keywords:
