Organize client meetings/sub meetings
Develop log-term relationships with clients
Plans and coordinates project activities inline company polices and procedures
Creates and reviews project schedules and budgets
Direct the support staff and coordinate with field crews and superintendents to ensure project delivery
Communicates effectively with on-site teams, clients, owners. etc.
Responsible for forecasting and estimating costs and changes to costs for project completion

Bachelor's degree required (construction management degree is a plus)
Experience in ground up industrial, multifamily, and/or commercial office space
Experience leading projects
Organized and communicative
Ability to take responsibility
Experience in design/build
Procore software experience is a plus
