- Strong ONTAP knowledge/experience
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Thorough troubleshooting, keyboard & data center experience
- Nice to have skills: CVO, (OCI) CI, DataSense, Cloud Backup
- Has worked in lab environments 3-5 years
- Has understanding server deployments (rack, stack, cable, network)
- Has 3 years of experience with NetApp DataOntap system
- Is familiar with the AFF and 8200 series Netapp appliances
- Is familiar with Cloud Volumes Ontap
- Familiar with file replication technologies and principles - Azure File Sync
- Familiar with the SMB/CIFS, Iscsi, and NFS protocols
- Understanding of the NTFS and WAFL file systems
- Experience with PEER Software replication solutions
- Positive attitude, hard worker, friendly demeanor
