Job DescriptionYour Job:The Delivery Executive is responsible for the successful and profitable delivery of Accenture’s major Resources projects. You will be expected to lead and drive all aspects of a project or program: from blueprint to design, build, test and post-go-live-support. Connecting with our clients, you will define scope and plan for an implementation. Using your in-depth Resources expertise, you will coach and manage your team on designing and delivering solutions that fit our clients’ requirements as well as plan and budget.The WorkAs you will be part of an international, multi-disciplinary team, you will use your people skills to cooperate closely with Accenture colleagues in onshore and offshore locations across the globe. Your ability to build strong relationships with client stakeholders, will help you to deliver and create future value.Next to focusing on delivery, you will also get the opportunity to develop new business development at (new) clients and contribute to the Accenture SAP Business Group in terms of knowledge or asset development.Your Team:Our colleagues in the services-based Technology group help clients, both big and small, by revolutionizing their strategic blueprints for IT transformations. Which cloud platform fits best with client X? How do certain IT-solutions impact the risk analysis of suppliers? How can organizations become more agile and through what process are new applications developed from design thinking workshops?Working closely alongside clients and an international team of professionals, you will develop innovative solutions based on their roadmaps, through mediums such as robotics and artificial intelligence. Throughout the blueprint process you will engage in the development of defense strategies, combining technology and user behavior, to ensure the security of your client. Together we connect the needs of clients with upcoming innovative technologies to prepare them for the future.For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. Minimum of 15 years Resources Industry experience (Utilities, Chemicals, Energy, Agri-business, Natural Resources)

Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Project manager

Experience in a consulting environment

Experience with different project management methods (Waterfall, Agile)

Proven experience in multiple phases of the delivery lifecycle

Outspoken and passionate about delivering successful programs that exceed business objectives and drive business success for our customers

Focused on creating re-usable solutions

Must have the highest level of leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions and ideas. Excellent presentation skills
