Our medical office is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant, who is a team player, professional, multi-tasker, organized with good communication skills with patients and staff.
Medical Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the physician and staff to provide exceptional care and service to our patients.
Answering phones and take messages.
Check in and Check out patients, Collect Copay's and balances due.
Schedule appointments and follow up.
Properly communicate physician's instructions to patients.
Take Vitals and short histories.
Maintain stock, order supplies and other assigned task.
Requirements:
CPR certificate.
Dependable, friendly and computer literate.
