Century Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, a growing automotive dealership, is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Coordinator (BDC). Century is looking for a talented and self-motivated individual to help expand our Sales and Service team. Century is a family owned and operated dealership that can offer excellent pay and benefits.
Description:
The BDC position is responsible for the handling of all incoming digital/internet leads, chats, etc. The BDC sets and confirms sales appointments as well as performing short term and long term customer follow up on sold/unsold customers (e.g. internet leads and showroom visits).
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales and Service Teams with the administrative responsibilities related to incoming digital/internet leads.
Review all leads for accuracy, completeness and adherence to process standards required by the dealership and/or FCA.
Develop, process and submit daily reports to management according to dealership specifications.
Communicate effectively with sales team members regarding customer questions, comments, appointments, etc.
Perform periodic system audits to identify old, outdated, duplicative or irrelevant communications to any/all customers (e.g. auto responders and/or automated follow up).
Transition and execute the use of all functions with CRM (Vin Solutions) so all communications are captured CRM.
Identifiy, present and execute sales or service campaign opportunities designed to target specific customers.
Each day the BDC is responsible for daily communications with customers including, phone calls, emails, texts or chats.
Stay current on all required FCA training.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous Automotive Business Development experience required
Vin Solutions CRM experience a plus
Understanding of traditional and Internet-specific automotive sales process
Outstanding communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Great attitude with a high-energy personality
Superior customer service skills
Basic understanding of vehicle systems
Excellent understanding of computer operations
Valid drivers license
