Accelerated Energy Solutions LLC retrofit residential insulation and energy efficiency company based in Missouri.

We specialize in retrofitting older homes to existing energy codes and solve design problems with high performance materials and a plan developed by a trained Building Analyst.

We do NOT utilize sales people or sell insulation, we provide results for our customers delivered by a custom plan utilizing proprietary building science techniques custom developed for Missouri's challenging weather environment.

Plain & Simple, We Fix Problems

We are growing and looking for looking for a professional and reliable Intake Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant to provide superior service to our customers and to provide direct administrative support to the ownership group.

We do insulation (fiberglass, cellulose, rigid and spray foam) work in attics, basements, crawl spaces and walls.

We perform attic ventilation projects from the attic and the roof side, retrofit air-sealing, radiant and vapor barriers, bath fans and venting.

We install attic ladders, attic fans ( whole house fans), cut and frame new access entries.

We correct condensation issues in the summer and frozen pipe issues in the winter.

We remove siding and drill holes from the outside to fill the walls or in some cases, we go from the inside and drill holes to fill walls with blown in insulation.

We perform some specialty work that involves drywall, we do sound control projects, some very light electrical and sometimes very light attic side plumbing.

We may do light painting, molding or finish work from time to time and adapt to the situation in order to service the customer to the best of our ability.

We sometimes work on ladders and scaffolding, sometimes on the ground, sometimes in a crawl space or other confined areas.

We do so much more that we just cant list it all and that is why we need someone special.

This special person will take pride in knowing the difference between what we do and what our competition offers.

This special person will be able to efficiently manage all facets of the operation from a day to day perspective including but not limited to:

Telephone sales both incoming and outgoing

Scheduling, dispatching, routing for all national markets

Email / digital messaging/ social media lead intake

Customer Service

Procurement

Payroll

HR

Marketing

Accounting and more

We are paperless and mobile and the crews report each day directly to the truck which is equipped with a laptop, GPS tracking and time clock kiosk.

There is little or no personal contact with other employees or customers within the working environment as you will largely work alone in a small office and communicate via email and phone.
