We are looking for a smart, passionate IT professional to join the IT Financial Operations team.

You will work in a very dynamic and challenging environment with a cross-functional team that provides diverse solutions to our business stakeholders and impacts everyone that works at WWT. The IT Financial Operations team uses a broad range of functional and technical skills toward the continued build-out of our enterprise applications.

As an Associate Systems Analyst - Oracle /ERP, you will perform the following duties:
  • Learn and configure financial applications and procedures in the design, implementation and installation of Oracle Financial Applications for our global supply chain business in: Accounts Payables, Employee Expense Reporting, Cash Payments, SLA, Oracle Cloud Tax, Vertex Tax, Cash Management, EDI processing using Oracle R12 & R13.
  • Create functional design documents for Revenue Recognition, Oracle Procure to Pay cycle and review and create test scripts for enhancements for Oracle Procure to Pay cycle.
  • Provide recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes for Oracle Financial Applications and enhancements to improve supply chain business processes; design and implementation of Oracle Financial Applications to optimize financial and tax reporting dealing with Oracle Cloud Tax and Vertex.
  • Create basic SQL queries against Oracle on-premise tables; or learn and create basic BI Publisher queries in Oracle Cloud; to troubleshoot and develop ad-hoc reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions including identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives. Researching the business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system. Prepare requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional design documents, perform test cases, prepare user training documents and implementation documents.
  • Learn to utilize the testing tools provided and document results for SOC audits.
  • Translating business requirements into application requirements and work with the developers to convert these into customized Financial Applications used to support supply chain and logistics.
Qualifications

Technical/functional experience you'll need:
  • 0-2 years of Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud financial analyst experience
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Finance and accounting business process knowledge
  • Basic SQL skills (writing, reading, interpreting)
  • Relational database understanding a plus
  • Oracle Cloud experience a plus
  • Vertex experience a plus
