Skills :- 1. Cisco Nexus switches 2. Cisco Cat Switches 3. ISR / ASR Routers 4. Check Point / ASA firewalls 5. Netscaler Load Balancers 6. MPLS, VPNs 7. Tools such as Solarwinds, Cisco Prime / DNA and NetScout Operational exposure 8. Strong experience in managing Network operations for large enterprise network 9. Must have contributed improvements and operational excellence 10. Ensure high customer satisfaction, someone that is capable of recognizing support gaps, anticipating blockers to service improvements, and is focuses on organizing our resources to be more efficient in the way that we see the data and respond to the data when we are troubleshooting (and before troubleshooting is needed). 11. Strong understanding of ITIL framework 12. Major incident handling 13.
