Core Properties is actively hiring experienced Inside Sales Professionals for their St. Louis office. This position would be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments in a fast-paced environment. We will provide you with the software, leads, and other tools and training to build a successful sales career. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role. As with any position in a small company, job descriptions may be revised as the company expands.

Job Duties

Cold-call prospects that are generated by external lead sources.

Conduct numerous outbound calls per day to generate new and maintain existing business.

Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.

Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.

Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Field Sales Reps with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, property description, and so on.

Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into appointments.

Overcome objections of prospective customers.

Emphasize product/service features and benefits to customers

Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the company database.

Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.

Attend periodic sales training where applicable.

Appropriately communicate brand identity

Organize work station that presents itself in a professional manner.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and set appointments while maintaining established quotas.

Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.

Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry

Exceptional verbal communication skills and listening skills.

Strong written communication skills.

Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.

Ability to occasionally travel and attend Real Estate related events.

Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Experience using CRM software

High level of integrity and work ethic.

Experience with Microsoft Office products.
