World Wide Technology, Inc. (WWT) currently has an opening for an Associate Analyst - Logistics and Manufacturing as a part of our Internal IT Application Services Team in St. Louis, MO. Responsibilities:- Participate in the on-going implementation and support of existing IT Logistics and Manufacturing applications
- Participate in strategic projects to improve the operational efficiency and scalability.
- Provide application design and architecture across different Oracle Application technologies and custom platforms for supply chain operations.
- Analyze data flow within the Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud and various boundary and custom web applications.
- Participate in designing end to end supply chain solution with help of business and other stakeholders.
- Work with technical counterparts to provide functional details of ask and work with them to deliver a technical solution.
- Testing the end-to-end solution to ensure complete satisfaction of internal and external users
- Create training documents, QA flows and work instructions so that solutions developed can be used by end users.
- Bachelors, Masters or MBA degree preferably in computer science or Management Information System or Supply Chain
- 0-3 years of experience in performing business or system analysis.
- Ability to understand user requirements and translate that into technical requirements.
- Fundamental understanding of SQL and PL/SQL and relational database.
- Experience or understanding of object-oriented programming
- Knowledge of Oracle Inventory or other supply chain modules will be preferred
- Ability to enjoy collaboration, with a preference for face-to-face communication.
- Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated
- Ability to thrive in a very agile environment with evolving requirements
- Ability to be innovative, have outside-the-box creativity, and present alternative ideas functionally and technically
- To be a good active listener and communicator
- Support and participate in key decision-making regarding application architecture
