Requirements/Job Duties
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for all operational and conceptual aspects of a hybrid, multi-product integration platform supporting B2B, A2A, SaaS and custom application transactions•Expert knowledge of the administration of Oracle SOA and Oracle WebLogic including the ability to create, maintain and extend WLST-based scripts to address a wide range of administrative and technical challenges•Expert knowledge of the administration of Software AG webMethods including the ability to develop, maintain and extend integrations• Design, development and deployment of business process integrations using Oracle SOA Cloud Services or related integration technologies• Creation of Oracle SOA Suite technology adapters for integration solutions between enterprise apps: Database, JMS, B2B, FTP, File, Web Service, BAM, and Oracle applications• Ability to communicate as a subject matter expert (SME) about the best practices for Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques• Mentoring and guiding the team in implementation with best practices in design, code and deployment especially related to Oracle SOA and/or Software AG products• Lead Proof of Concept (POCs) implementations to understand the effectiveness of the Integration Platform; incorporate feedback into the Integration Platform design• Implement quality measures to drive operational efficiencies• Interact with the internal/external stakeholders and build relationships with stakeholders• Experience with Scrum/Agile Development Processes and ability to work in a high-paced agile global Development environment• Hands-on experience leveraging Oracle PaaS (Oracle OCI) and ERP Cloud integration is an added advantage• Provide technical leadership and promote best practices• Assist in the development of strategic planning for the department• Work with our customers and business stakeholders to ensure that our Integration platforms are stable, easy to use and self-service oriented• Play a key role in driving the strategy of next generation Integration platforms that our business users and customers enjoy using• A willingness to learn new technologies• The ability to lead the creation of new architectures and technologies in support of critical business requirements• The ability to serve as a consultant-like resource for internal developers, technologists and leaders on all aspects of integration technologies.
